Jasmine buds are natural aromatherapeutic ingredients as they help in easing down anxiety and symptoms of depression. Passionflower, also known as incarnata boosts gamma-aminobutyric levels of the brain that helps in lowering down the activity of the brain and hence resulting in relaxation & better sleep.

Directions of usage:

• For the body- Take a teaspoon of bath salt and add it to your bathtub filled with hot relaxing water. Stir the bath salt in the bathtub and soak your body in for 20 minutes. Afterward, rinse off the bath salt with warm water.
• For feet- Fill up a bucket with warm water. Add a teaspoon of bath salt to the bucket. Stir the water and soak your feet in the warm and relaxing water for 10 minutes. Rub a pumice stone or loofah on your feet for exfoliation and removal of dead and dry skin. Use warm water again to rinse off your feet and pat dry with a soft towel. Follow by moisturizing your feet.
